1:  Add a DanglingLink
1:: While viewing an existing page, click on [Edit] in the title bar.  This will open the page for editing.
2:: While editing the existing page, type the new page's title in CamelCase
3:: Save the existing page
4:: Revisit and refresh the existing page to see your new DanglingLink 

2:  Follow the DanglingLink
1:: Click on the DanglingLink to open up the empty page
2:: Click on [Edit] in the title bar of the empty page to edit the new page.
3:: Save the new page
4:: Revist the new page to see it
