1. Add a DanglingLink
   1. While viewing an existing page, click on [Edit] in the title bar. This will open the page for editing.
   2. While editing the existing page, type the new page's title in CamelCase
   3. Save the existing page
   4. Revisit and refresh the existing page to see your new DanglingLink

2. Follow the DanglingLink
   1. Click on the DanglingLink to open up the empty page
